Vamos Espana

La Furia Roja!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, tomorrow is so important. F!!! So important. I'm so excited for tomorrow. I can't wait. I love the Netherlands, but Spain is definitely my team for tomorrow. Either way, I'll be happy with the result. So I hope all of you that are following this blog (all two of you) will be cheering your ass of tomorrow for Spain. Either team deserves it really, but my year in Spain will be so much better with a win tomorrow.

So, on other pressing matters, I do indeed have visa application complete and submitted, which just feels so good. I'm so happy to have that part of my life just done and over. It has been such a hard part of this whole moving process. So hopefully that will find its way back to me in a month or less.

As for other things in my life... everything is going just fine. I'm spending a lot of time with my friends and I'm hanging out with my family. I'm just sort of antsy to get over there.

To be clear, I have always wanted to go to China or Spain since I was a very little TC. I have wanted to teach English since I was in fifth grade. I just want to stress how much of what is happening for me this year is my dream. I'm so excited. I hope many of you can come visit me. Well, it's about that time to head out. My friend turned 21 today, so let's just hope for the best for all involved. There will be pictures I'm sure. Oh ya, I did take the picture at the top of this post, so ya.

VAAAAAAAAMOOOOOSSSS España!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sitting, Waiting, Wishing.

Well, here I am. I'm sitting. I'm at work watching the kid I take care of play video games. He's really into Star Wars. Haha. I can't relate nearly as well as he would like. Let's see. I alwso got a Kindle 2 for my going away present yesterday. Sweeeet deal, ya? Also, I got the camera I wanted, the Canon S90. Perrrrfect. Already took over 200 pictures with the thing, and I love it. Haha.

So I sent off my visa application on Tuesday to be processed. Let's hope to god that everything goes through properly. We'll see. So here is the plan for my summer and my trip.

On Monday, July 26th, I'm heading to California to spend time with my family I haven't seen a long time (four years!). I'm planning on taking a ton of pictures of San Francisco and having a great time while I'm there. Sucks that my sister won't be there tough. I'll miss her, but I'll see her soon enough in Germany. Oh ya, my sister moved to Germany to marry her fiancé. She has been there since this last Friday. Crazy All of my mom's kids are moving to Europe at the same time. If only I can find some European man to marry. Haha. So I will return from California on the 9th of August, be sure to check back here as I will update with what is going on.

So, the Kindle 2 = Awesome. I love it already. I downloaded a bunch of free books that I have wanted to read for a while that were available in the free book section. Alice in Wonderland, and The Scarlet Letter amongst others. I love The Scarlet Letter!!!!

Spain Itinerary: I think I'm heading over to Cleveland to meet with my roommate and new friend Paul. He lives in Cleveland, and that is sort of near Sandusky, Ohio. That houses Cedar Point, the best theme park for thrills in the world. I want to go again so badly. Haha. So, Cleveland on the 5th of September, and then Spain on the 9th of September. We'll see how it all works out. This is all tentative. Also, all so exciting.

So, here I remain, sitting, waiting, wishing for Spain to come soon. It feels like it is forever away, but I saw this sign driving in Coeur d'Alene and took a snap shot of it (with my new camera). It's great, and I'm going to listen to it. Spain will come soon enough.

Hola!

Hey all,

So this blog is just starting. Some will be video entries, some will be written, some (many I'm sure) will be drunk.

Here goes nothing.

This is my journey, my journey to Spain.
